ABOUT SIMPLICITY CONSTRUCTION

Pablo Blanco founded Simplicity Construction with the goal of utilizing his international experience influenced by his knowledge of the local Georgia building aesthetics in the field of residential and commercial construction.

Pablo received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture in Uruguay Universidad de la Republica del Uruguay. He then furthered his education, getting his master’s degree in Architecture in Barcelona, Spain Universidad Politecnica de Catalunia.

His experience includes over twenty-five years of Project Manager/Estimator for commercial and government construction here in the local greater Atlanta area, as well as residential architecture and design back home. He is very familiar with market costs, materials, and time frames for large scale, as well as smaller projects. Although, he specializes on commercial and government projects, he maintains a strong hand in the residential arena as well. Projects goals are to be finished under budget, on time and with an above standard quality.
